WebTower was founded in 2008 by Kacper Wierzbicki, It was Kacper?s vision to create a company that provides highly effective marketing strategies and creative multimedia services to fill the void between the "big and expensive" ad agencies and small graphic & web design firms with limited knowledge and experience in marketing and branding strategies.
